NorthWoods Harness Club presents the 19th Annual Sleigh & Cutter Rally at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center. 1800's costumes, antique sleighs. Food served on grounds. Hook-up time 11:00am, the Exhibition will be at 1:00pm. Free admission. For more information call 715-682-2256.

The Butternut/Schnur Lake Association Fisharee will take place from 7am-5pm. The entry fee is $5.00, with 80% payout for the top three in each catagory. There will be raffles during, or at the the end of the day. The money collected will go to help the Lake Association maintain the balance of fish and their habitat, and to maintain the boat landings. Bad River Watershep Association will present their 5th Annual "First Person Local". This will be four residents of the Watershed area who have lived there for a year, telling their stories of growing up in those woods, along those rivers. Your questions about water, fish, woodlands, air and beauty will all be answered. It will be held at the Senior Center, at 400 Chapple Ave in Ashland from 2pm-3pm. Refreshments served.
